I know, it's super cliche to start a diet plan for the New Year.  "New Year, New Me", blah blah blah.  Well I'm not starting any diet plan (because I love FOOD!), but more of a RESET.  Meaning I need to get back to my regular way of doing things...specifically before I moved back to Waco.  Just saying that since it doesn't take forever and a day to get anywhere because...well, there's no traffic and highway jams, I've been eating out more.  Delicious, but not necessarily so for my waistline.  So my plan is to get back to getting up early to eat a balanced breakfast, taking my lunch to work, and having my salads already prepared for when I get home.  Also making sure I at least get some type of cardio in 3 to 4 times a week.  

How do you plan on resetting for the New Year?
